3D printing is amazing
After reading countless reviews, I decided to by a Bambulab A1 combo at the end of 2024 with the AMS Lite filament changing system, which proved to be the beginning of a very fulfilling hobby.

It can print 25x25x25 cm objects with with a very high precision (as far as I can tell), no wonder it is a favorite option among beginner 3D printing enthusiasts. Unfortunately, Bambulab has been restricting 3rd party slicer (Orca slicer) access to their printers lately, which caused quite an uproar in the community but I still think it's a very good option for those who just want an easy intro into 3D printing.
In the last year I printed everything from shelves to cat figurines for my girlfriend, from organizer boxes for my drawers to fluorescent stars and planets to be glued to the ceiling. What really opened my eyes to the wonders of having a personal 'factory' were actually the accessories I can print that enhance the actual printer they are made with. 🤯
Here are some examples of the stuff I printed recently:

In the future I'm also planning to learn some 3D modelling, I'm really keen on trying to personalize the items I print to be exactly the size and form I need them to be.
